This is a distinct collection from our case law collection, which focuses on decisions by the court. This collection also includes docket entries at the court, including filings, orders, motions, and briefs.

The timeframe for this collection is 2000 to the present. It currently contains:

  • Hundreds of thousands of cases
  • Nearly a million docket entries
  • Hundreds of thousands of PDF documents

Update Speed

We are tracking every case at the Supreme Court and get updates within minutes of when documents are filed.

Availability and Roadmap

This data is currently available via our database replication service and it will soon be available in our website, search, alerts, and APIs.
